- 乳白色半透明蜡状固体树脂，无毒。分子链上有长短支链，结晶度较低，分子量一般5~50万。软化点较低，超过软化点即熔融，热熔接性、成型加工性能很好，柔软性良好，抗冲击韧性、耐低温性很好，可在-60℃~-80℃下工作，电绝缘性优异（尤其是高频绝缘性）。机械强度较差，耐热性不高，抗环境应力开裂性、粘附性、粘合性、印刷性差，需经化学侵蚀、电晕等表面处理后改进。吸水性很低，几乎不吸水，对酸、碱、盐、有机溶剂均较稳定。

Physical Properties:Milky white translucent waxy solid resin, non-toxic. The molecular chain has long and short branches, relatively low crystallinity, and a molecular weight generally of 50,000 to 500,000. Low softening point, melts above the softening point, excellent heat-sealing and molding processability, good flexibility, good impact toughness and low-temperature resistance, can work at -60℃ to -80℃, excellent electrical insulation (especially high-frequency insulation). Poor mechanical strength, low heat resistance, poor environmental stress crack resistance, adhesion, bonding and printability; surface treatment such as chemical etching or corona discharge is required to improve adhesion and printability. Very low water absorption, almost no water absorption, stable to acids, alkalis, salts and organic solvents.
Uses:Suitable for various thermoplastic molding processes, such as injection molding, extrusion, blow molding, rotational molding, coating, foaming, thermoforming, hot air welding and hot welding. Mainly used as film products, including agricultural film, ground cover film, greenhouse film, packaging film, liquid packaging blown film, heavy-duty packaging bags, shrink film, elastic film and liner film. Also used in injection molded products, blow molded hollow products, wire and cable sheathing, pipes, sheets and daily necessities.
