Physical Properties:Light yellow or transparent pellets, density about 1.20 g/cm³, moderate melt index, good thermal stability, impact resistance and dimensional stability. After laser activation, it can be electroless plated with copper/nickel to form a circuit with high adhesion.
Uses:Mainly used in LDS (Laser Direct Structuring) process to manufacture 3D circuit carriers, widely applied in mobile phone antennas, smartwatches, automotive electronics, medical sensors and other high-precision electronic components.
