Physical Properties:Heat-resistant grade ABS MG47F is an acrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene copolymer. Specific gravity is 1.04, and mold shrinkage in flow direction is 0.5%-0.8%. Melt flow rate is 5.6 g/10min at 230°C/3.8kg and 18 g/10min at 220°C/10kg; melt viscosity at 240°C and 1000s⁻¹ is about 2250 poise. Mechanical properties: tensile yield strength 44 MPa, tensile strength at break 33 MPa, elongation at yield 2%, elongation at break 24%, tensile modulus 2270 MPa, flexural stress 72 MPa, flexural modulus 2340 MPa; IZOD notched impact strength at 23°C is 320 J/m, and instrumented dart impact strength is 30 J.
