Insoluble in water, easily dispersible in mineral and synthetic oils, capable of forming non-flowing gel-like substances from base oils. High thermal stability and chemical inertness, with a wide applicable temperature range.
Uses:Mainly used in the production of optical fiber/cable grease, thickening liquid base oils into non-flowing gel-like substances and imparting good thixotropy to the grease. Also applicable to other industrial systems requiring thickening or gelation.
