- PA12为半结晶热塑性塑料，密度约1.01~1.02 g/cm³，熔点约178~180℃，在尼龙材料中吸水率最低，尺寸稳定性好。流动性好，摩擦系数低，耐磨性高，耐应力开裂性和耐断裂性优异，但不耐强氧化性酸。成型收缩率在0.5%~2%之间，取决于材料品种、壁厚及工艺条件。

- 加工前应进行干燥处理，含水率控制在0.1%以下，若暴露于空气中储存，建议在80℃下除湿干燥4~8小时。 熔融温度为240~300℃，普通特性材料不超过310℃，阻燃特性材料不超过270℃。

Physical Properties:PA12 is a semi-crystalline thermoplastic with a density of approx. 1.01–1.02 g/cm³ and a melting point of approx. 178–180°C. It has the lowest water absorption among polyamide materials, resulting in excellent dimensional stability. It offers good flowability, low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, and excellent resistance to stress cracking and fracture, but is not resistant to strong oxidizing acids. Mold shrinkage ranges from 0.5% to 2% depending on material grade, wall thickness, and processing conditions.
Uses:PA12 is widely used in automotive fuel lines, brake hoses, air-conditioning pipes, and industrial high-pressure hydraulic hoses. Its excellent wear resistance and low friction coefficient make it suitable for precision gears, cams, bearings, and sliding mechanisms. PA12 is also used in optical cable sheathing, medical catheters, eyeglass lenses, and precision electronic components.
