Physical Properties:PA12 oil cup special material is a polyamide 12-based compound, supplied as white or slightly yellow granules. It features a low density (about 1.01-1.03 g/cm³), low water absorption, excellent dimensional stability and good oil resistance. The melting point is approximately 178-180°C. It shows low swelling in gasoline, diesel, engine oil and many solvents, along with excellent low-temperature impact resistance and wear resistance.
Uses:It is mainly used to manufacture oil cups, fuel filter housings, oil pipe connectors and other oil-resistant parts in automotive fuel systems. It is also suitable for industrial products such as hydraulic oil cups and pneumatic lubrication cups, meeting dimensional stability and sealing requirements under long-term contact with oil media.
