Physical Properties:The melting point is relatively low with a wide processing temperature range. It offers better impact resistance and solubility than PA66, but has higher moisture absorption. Product quality is affected by moisture absorption, which must be considered during design. Glass fiber additives enhance mechanical properties and reduce shrinkage from 1%-1.5% to approximately 0.3%, with slightly higher shrinkage perpendicular to the flow direction. Molded assembly shrinkage is mainly affected by crystallinity and moisture absorption, and actual shrinkage is also a function of part design, wall thickness, and processing parameters.

Uses:Used in electronics, electrical appliances, communication equipment, automotive manufacturing, aerospace, toys, and daily consumer goods. Widely applied in manufacturing bearings, gears, cams, pulleys, pump impellers, fan blades, worms, propellers, screws, nuts, seals, fuel pipes, transmission belts, and cable sheaths.
