Physical Properties:Polyamide 6 reinforced with 5% glass fiber, in pellet form, hygroscopic, density about 1.14 g/cm³, melting point about 220°C, with high mechanical strength, rigidity and heat resistance, good electrical insulation and good chemical resistance.
Uses:PA6 with 5% glass fiber is mainly used in electronic and electrical appliances, automotive industry and electrical industry. Typical applications include automatic fire extinguishing systems, electrical switches, wiring terminals, electronic components, connectors, circuit breakers, fuse boxes, circuit board supports, relays, coil bobbins, instrument electrical enclosures and communication equipment.
