Physical Properties:Milky white semi-transparent or opaque crystalline polymer with a repeat unit molecular weight of approx. 226.32 g/mol, a density of approx. 1.14 g/cm³, and a melting point of approx. 260–265°C. It exhibits high strength, excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance and self-lubricating properties, relatively high water absorption, and good electrical insulation. It is insoluble in common solvents but soluble in concentrated sulfuric acid and formic acid.
Uses:This product is used to replace copper and alloys in manufacturing wear-resistant parts of equipment, such as gears, bearings, bushings, and sealing rings. It is also widely used in medical devices, knitwear, automotive components, electronic and electrical appliances, and other engineering plastic products.
