Physical Properties:Black pellets; polyamide 66 composite reinforced with 33% glass fiber. PA66 offers excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties and high mechanical strength. While neat PA66 has relatively high moisture absorption, the glass-fiber-reinforced system significantly improves dimensional stability, reducing shrinkage to 0.2%-1%. This grade incorporates heat stabilizers, exhibiting good heat resistance, flame retardancy, creep resistance and ultrasonic weldability. Its low viscosity provides excellent flow, making it suitable for thin-wall precision injection molding.
Uses:Suitable for electrical/electronic components, appliances, industrial and automotive applications, commonly used in connectors, coil formers, switch housings, lamp sockets, cooling fans, door handles, fuel filler caps, and grilles.
