Physical Properties:White or slightly yellow granules, density approx. 1.36 g/cm³ (30% glass fiber reinforced), melting point 260–265°C, excellent mechanical strength, heat resistance, impact resistance, fatigue resistance and chemical corrosion resistance, with relatively high water absorption.
Uses:Mainly used in automotive, electronic/electrical, construction, machinery and equipment fields, for manufacturing high-strength, heat-resistant, wear-resistant engineering plastic parts such as gears, bearings, pump impellers, coil bobbins, electrical housings, etc.
Technical Specifications:
Drying: If the storage container is open, drying in hot air at 85°C is recommended; if humidity exceeds 0.2%, vacuum drying at 105°C for 12 hours is required.
Melting temperature: 260–290°C, 275–280°C for glass-fiber reinforced products, avoid exceeding 300°C.
Mold temperature: 80°C recommended; for thin-wall parts, annealing is required if mold temperature is below 40°C.
