Physical Properties:High-impact modified nylon 66 resin with excellent wear resistance, self-lubricating properties and high mechanical strength. It retains strong strength and stiffness at elevated temperatures. It has high water absorption and general dimensional stability, and remains hygroscopic after molding. Melting point is approximately 260-270°C, molding shrinkage is 1%-2%, which can be reduced to 0.2%-1% by adding glass fiber. It is resistant to most solvents, but weakly resistant to acids and other chlorinating agents.
Uses:Mainly used in the automotive industry, instrument housings and other products requiring impact resistance and high strength. Widely applicable to machinery, instruments, automotive parts, electronics, electrical appliances, railways, home appliances, communications, textile machinery, sports and leisure products, oil pipes, fuel tanks and precision engineering products. Typical applications include radiator fans, door handles, fuel tank caps, air intake grilles, radiator grilles, lamp sockets, connectors and switch housings.
