Physical Properties:High mechanical strength and hardness, good dimensional stability, high wear resistance, and good chemical resistance, especially to fuels, lubricants, solvents and cleaning agents. Excellent electrical insulation performance with dielectric strength of 25-45 kV/mm, volume resistivity of 10^10-10^15 Ω·cm, and comparative tracking index (CTI) rated at 425-600. Good processability and flowability, excellent mechanical properties and damping/sound absorption effects, low friction, high-speed running capability, and good gas barrier properties (film grade).
Uses:Suitable for automotive parts such as covers, lamp holders, oil filters and gear shift levers, as well as industrial parts including chair seats, bicycle rims, skateboard bases, textile shuttles, pedals, pulleys and power tools. Also widely used in protective covers, fan blades, gears, machine tool accessories, sports equipment, toy products, cable ties and other fields.
Technical Specifications:
Drying: If the storage container has been opened and moisture content exceeds 0.2%, vacuum drying at 105°C for 12 hours is required; under normal conditions, hot air drying at 85°C is recommended.
Melt temperature: 260-290°C; 275-280°C for glass-reinforced grades; avoid exceeding 300°C.
Mold temperature: 80°C recommended; mold temperature affects crystallinity which in turn affects physical properties; thin-wall parts molded below 40°C require annealing to maintain dimensional stability.
