Physical Properties:Polyamide 66 (PA66) matrix reinforced with 30% glass fiber and modified with 10% polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE). It exhibits high strength, high rigidity, good toughness, low friction coefficient, high wear resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, and good heat resistance. It can be processed by injection molding to produce complex-shaped parts, although the glass fiber may cause certain mold wear.
Uses:Used for automotive engine peripheral components such as throttle bodies and intake manifolds, as well as gears and bearings in transmission systems. It is also applied to mechanical sliders, guide rails, and electronic/electrical parts such as switch housings and sockets requiring wear resistance and insulation.
