Physical Properties:Thermoplastic polyester with low glass transition temperature, capable of rapid crystallization at mold temperature of 50°C and short processing cycle. Features excellent high-temperature resistance, moisture resistance, wear resistance, electrical insulation, thermal performance, oil resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, strong mechanical and processing properties, and fast molding. Density approx. 1.31 g/cm³, melting temperature approx. 225°C.
Uses:PBT resin is used for spinning, wire drawing, wig filaments, brush filaments, injection molding, optical cable sheathing, modification, film drawing, and alloys, and is widely applied in the electronics, electrical, and automotive industries. It can be used as insulating material and for components such as TV flyback transformers, automotive ignition coils, distributors, office equipment housings and bases, air conditioners, fans, and electric stove bases.
