Physical Properties:PC 2407 is a non-crystalline polycarbonate resin with medium viscosity, containing UV stabilizer and mold release agent. The product is supplied as transparent pellets, with a density of about 1.19 g/cm³, high transmittance, excellent impact resistance, good dimensional stability and good heat resistance. The glass transition temperature is approximately 145°C, and the heat deflection temperature is approximately 125°C (at 1.8 MPa). It is stable to dilute acids, dilute alkalis and most organic solvents, and insoluble in water.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding, commonly used in automotive parts (such as headlights, instrument panels), electronic and electrical housings, mechanical equipment parts, safety protection products, and transparent articles.
