Physical Properties:PC/ABS alloy (blend) supplied as natural pellets, combining the heat resistance and impact strength of polycarbonate with the easy processing and flow characteristics of ABS. It provides excellent low-temperature ductility, low gloss, high heat resistance and easy flow, with low odor and low VOC suitable for automotive interiors. The natural color allows easy self-coloring, and factory color-matched versions are also available.
Uses:It is mainly used for injection molding of automotive interior parts, especially cabin components requiring low odor, low VOC and low gloss. It is also suitable for thin-walled parts such as appliance housings and electronic components that require high heat resistance and dimensional stability. The material can be supplied in natural or pre-colored form for direct injection molding.
