Physical Properties:The PC/ABS alloy has good overall performance, high impact strength, chemical stability and electrical properties. It has good fusion with 372 acrylic, enabling two-color molded parts with chrome plating or painting. Flowability is slightly lower than HIPS but better than PMMA and PC, and flexibility is good. It has balanced mechanical properties, high low-temperature impact strength and indoor UV stability. Heat deflection temperature is 80–125 °C, flame retardancy rating is UL94 5VB, density is 1.05–1.20 g/cm³, and it offers a wide color range. It is easy to process by injection, extrusion and blow molding and has good electroplating performance.
Uses:Used for automotive grilles, door panels and other interior/exterior trim parts. Also suitable for electronic appliance housings and structural components requiring high impact resistance and heat resistance. Suitable for injection, extrusion and blow molding, and can be electroplated or painted.
