Physical Properties:Density 1.05~1.20 g/cm³, excellent overall performance, high impact strength, good chemical stability and electrical properties. Maintains high impact strength at low temperatures, and exhibits excellent boiling water resistance, aging resistance, and weatherability. Low melt viscosity makes it easier to process than PMMA and PC. Available in high-impact, high-heat, flame-retardant, reinforced, and transparent grades, with flame retardancy up to UL94 5VB and heat deflection temperature of 80~125°C.
Uses:Widely used in automotive interior and exterior parts (instrument panels, pillars, grilles, etc.), business equipment housings and internal components (laptops, copiers, printers, etc.), telecommunications and mobile device housings and accessories, smart cards, electrical product housings, meter covers, household switches, plugs and sockets, and home appliance internal and external parts.
