Physical Properties:PC sheet is a thermoplastic sheet made of polycarbonate, available in various appearances such as transparent, milky white, and solid colors. It has a density of about 1.2 g/cm³, high light transmittance, excellent impact resistance, high flexural strength, good heat and cold resistance, a wide service temperature range, and good dimensional stability and electrical insulation.
Uses:It is suitable for machine baffles, protective covers, skylights, sound barriers, advertising lamp boxes, and architectural decoration. It is also used for equipment guards and safety protective components.
Technical Specifications:
Common thicknesses are 1mm, 1.5mm, 2mm, and 2-12mm, with maximum dimensions up to 2050mm×3050mm
Light transmittance can reach above 88% with high transparency
Impact strength is about 250 times that of ordinary glass, not easy to break
