Physical Properties:White to pale yellow transparent or translucent pellets; amorphous thermoplastic resin. Density approx. 1.20 g/cm³, glass transition temperature approx. 147°C, heat deflection temperature approx. 125°C (1.82 MPa). High light transmittance, good impact resistance and creep resistance, excellent dimensional stability. Soluble in chlorinated hydrocarbons such as dichloromethane and chloroform; insoluble in water, aliphatic hydrocarbons and alcohols. Low-viscosity high-flow grade suitable for thin-wall molding.
Uses:Used for thin-wall parts of electronic and electrical components, such as mobile phone housings, connectors, relay coil bobbins, thin-wall lamp covers, and precision structural parts. This grade offers excellent flow, enabling filling of thin multi-cavity molds while maintaining dimensional accuracy and surface quality.
