Physical Properties:Low-density polyethylene micropowder, white to slightly yellow powder, with spherical structure, uniform particle size and high fluidity. Density about 0.91-0.93 g/cm³, softening temperature about 100-110℃, insoluble in water, soluble in hot hydrocarbon solvents. No additives are added during production, and the powder is pure.
Uses:Used as a low-profile additive (LPA) for thermosetting resins and composites, especially in SMC, BMC/DMC and pultrusion processes to improve dimensional stability, enhance surface quality and reduce micro-cracks. Also acts as a pigment dispersing aid, release agent, moisture barrier, sintering agent, nucleating agent and binder, widely applied in paint matting, carbon block filter manufacturing, alkaline battery cathode ring bonding and fabric hot-melt adhesion.
