Physical Properties:It adopts the principle of thermal radiation to keep the liquid temperature below the boiling point for evaporation, then condenses the acid vapor to prepare high-purity acid. The main body consists of a PFA chamber, PTFE housing, and silicone heating pad. The distillate contacts only with high-purity PFA, ensuring no contamination and no corrosion during long-term use, with resistance to various acids. It is equipped with a graduated level gauge and a transparent visible condensing tower.
Uses:It is used in ultra-clean laboratories, trace analysis, and sample pretreatment. It can purify common laboratory acids such as HNO3, HCl, and HF, meeting the low detection limit requirements of ICP-OES and ICP-MS. After one distillation, metal impurity content can be reduced from about 10 ppb to about 0.01 ppb; higher purity can be achieved by increasing the distillation cycles.
