Physical Properties:Milky white to black granules (BK602 is black), highly crystalline thermoplastic resin. Density approx. 1.41-1.42 g/cm³, melting point 165-175°C. Excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, hardness and wear resistance, good fatigue resistance and creep resistance, high dimensional stability, low water absorption, low coefficient of friction, good chemical resistance, but not resistant to strong acids and strong oxidizers.
Uses:General-purpose POM, suitable for injection molding. Used to manufacture precision gears, bearings, fasteners, automotive parts, electronic and electrical components, industrial machinery structural parts, etc. It has good comprehensive mechanical properties and can replace some metal parts to reduce weight and cost.
