Physical Properties:Homopolymer acetal resin with excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and dimensional stability; tough and wear-resistant, with excellent thermal stability and good creep resistance. Low water absorption, low friction coefficient, insoluble in water and most organic solvents; resistant to alkalis, gasoline and alcohols, but not resistant to strong acids and oxidizers. Density about 1.42 g/cm³, melting point about 175°C.
Uses:General-purpose injection molding material for precision parts requiring high strength and durability, such as automotive components, gears, bearings, locks, household appliances and industrial mechanical parts. Also used for springs, fasteners and other engineering components.
