Excellent mechanical strength, rigidity and wear resistance, good fatigue and creep resistance, low water absorption, good dimensional stability, low friction coefficient, good self-lubrication, excellent electrical insulation, good chemical resistance, but not resistant to strong acids and oxidants.
Uses:Used in automotive industry for manufacturing half shafts, planetary gear pads, radiator water pipe valves, radiator tank caps and other parts; in electronic and electrical field for making wrench shells, switch handles and components of various electronic devices; in mechanical equipment for manufacturing gears, rollers, bearings, conveyor belts, springs, cams, pump bodies and other structural parts; also used for water taps, window frames, wash basins, water tanks, curtain pulleys, etc.
