Physical Properties:The product appears as milky white to light yellow pellets. It is a high-viscosity grade polyoxymethylene resin with excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, creep resistance, and dimensional stability. It has low water absorption and good thermal stability, and can be used long-term at temperatures ranging from -40°C to 100°C. Density: 1.40~1.42 g/cm³, melting temperature: 165~175°C, thermal decomposition temperature: approx. 240°C.
Uses:Primarily used for extrusion molding and injection molding. It is suitable for producing large-cross-section products such as profiles, pipes, and rods, as well as engineering components requiring high strength and wear resistance.
