Physical Properties:An off-white or light yellow crystalline thermoplastic resin with a density of approximately 1.41 g/cm³ and a melting point of 165-175°C. It features excellent mechanical strength, rigidity, and wear resistance, along with good self-lubrication, outstanding fatigue resistance, low water absorption, and superior electrical insulation. It is stable to organic solvents and weak alkalis but not resistant to strong acids and oxidizers. Grade F40-03 is a high-flow, thermally stable variant with short molding cycles and high thermal decomposition temperature, suitable for precision thin-wall parts.

Uses:Suitable for high-flow injection molding, commonly used to manufacture precision gears, bearings, sliders, thin-wall electronic components, and automotive interior structural parts. With excellent thermal stability, this grade meets the molding demands of multi-cavity dies and complex parts, widely applied in machinery, electronics, automotive, and consumer goods sectors.
