Physical Properties:This product is an injection molding grade polyoxymethylene copolymer with a density of 1.41 g/cm³, melt flow rate of 2.5 g/10 min, and melt volume-flow rate of 2.2 cm³/10min (190°C/2.16 kg). Mold shrinkage is 2.2% in flow direction and 1.8% in perpendicular direction (2.00 mm thickness); water absorption is 0.50% (24 hr, 23°C). Mechanical properties include tensile modulus of 2500 MPa, tensile stress of 59.0 MPa, nominal tensile strain at break of 40%, and flexural modulus of 2350 MPa. Heat deflection temperature is 90.0°C (1.8 MPa), with a linear thermal expansion coefficient of 1.2×10⁻⁴ cm/cm/°C.
Uses:Suitable for precision injection molding applications, widely used in manufacturing mechanical transmission parts such as gears, bearings, and sliders; electronic and electrical housings and internal structural components; as well as automotive fuel system parts and interior trim.
