It is a crystalline thermoplastic with high mechanical strength and rigidity, high fatigue strength, good resistance to organic solvents and environment, strong resistance to repeated impact, operating temperature range -40°C to 120°C, good electrical properties, self-lubricating, good wear resistance, and excellent dimensional stability. Disadvantages: prone to thermal decomposition when processed at high temperature for long periods, not self-extinguishing, poor acid resistance, and high mold shrinkage.
Uses:Suitable for electronic and electrical parts, such as washing machine, juicer parts, timer components; automotive parts such as handlebar parts, power window parts; industrial parts such as mechanical parts, gears, handles, toys, screws, etc.
