Physical Properties:Odorless, tasteless and non-toxic; excellent mechanical properties with outstanding rigidity and flexural fatigue resistance, but poor impact strength at low temperature; good heat resistance with continuous service temperature up to 110-120℃; good chemical stability, inert to most chemicals except strong oxidants, insoluble in solvents at room temperature, and excellent water resistance; excellent electrical properties with good high-frequency insulation, maintaining good insulation even in humid environments; poor weather resistance, requiring antioxidants or UV absorbers.
Uses:Used in automotive industry (fenders, ventilation ducts, fans, etc.), household appliances (dishwasher door liners, dryer ventilation ducts, washing machine frames and covers, refrigerator door liners, etc.) and engineering plastics, producing TV and radio housings, electrical insulation materials, anti-corrosion pipes, sheets, storage tanks, flat yarns, fibers, films, woven bags, bottle caps, automobile bumpers, etc. Also suitable for thermoformed food containers, textile products, furniture and leather goods.
