Physical Properties:Polypropylene impact copolymer with medium-to-high flow, high rigidity, high impact strength and antistatic performance. Density 0.90–0.91 g/cm³, molecular weight about 80,000–150,000, melting point 160–170°C, brittle temperature -35°C, water absorption 0.01% in 24 h. It has good chemical resistance to most reagents except concentrated sulfuric acid and nitric acid, and excellent high-frequency insulation, but poor UV resistance.
Uses:Used in injection molding for home appliance parts, crates, tool boxes and other industrial containers; also suitable for automotive interior/exterior parts and daily-use goods. This grade combines high rigidity, high impact resistance and antistatic properties, making it suitable for dust-resistant, dimensionally stable and drop-resistant products.
