Physical Properties:Crystalline material with low moisture absorption, prone to melt fracture and decomposition upon prolonged contact with hot metal. Good flowability but high shrinkage rate and wide shrinkage range, easily causing sink marks, dents, and deformation. Fast cooling rate; the gating and cooling systems should dissipate heat slowly with careful control of molding temperature. Orientation tends to occur at low melt temperature and high pressure. Mold temperatures below 50℃ result in rough surfaces, poor weld lines, and flow marks; temperatures above 90℃ may cause warpage. Wall thickness must be uniform to avoid short shots and sharp corners, preventing stress concentration.
