- 熔喷级聚丙烯密度小（0.89-0.91 g/cm³），为塑料中最轻品种之一。具有良好的力学性能、成型加工性能，耐热性较高（连续使用温度110-120℃），几乎不吸水，化学稳定性好，对酸、碱及有机溶剂稳定，电绝缘性好，无毒性，制品透明性优于高密度聚乙烯。但低温冲击强度低，易受光、热和氧作用老化，耐寒性差，易燃烧，染色性、印刷性和黏合性较差。

Physical Properties:Melt-blown grade polypropylene has low density (0.89-0.91 g/cm³), one of the lightest plastics. It exhibits good mechanical properties, excellent processability, high heat resistance (continuous use temperature 110-120°C), negligible water absorption, good chemical resistance to acids, alkalis and organic solvents, excellent electrical insulation, non-toxicity, and better transparency than HDPE products. However, it has poor low-temperature impact strength, is susceptible to aging by light, heat and oxygen, poor cold resistance, flammable, and poor dyeing, printing and adhesion properties.
Uses:Mainly used for producing melt-blown nonwoven fabrics, widely applied in mask melt-blown fabric, filter materials, oil-absorbing materials, medical and sanitary products. Also used for making microfiber filter materials and battery separators.
