- PPE板/棒为耐热系数较高的热塑性工程塑料型材，比重1.06-1.1 g/cm³，工作温度范围-40℃至+90℃，在此范围内保持良好的机械稳定性能。产品比重轻、分子量高，具有较高的机械强度与刚性、良好的耐热与耐水解性能，抗拉伸强度高、耐冲击强度好、尺寸稳定性高、抗蠕变性能好；电气绝缘系数高，介电常数与介电损耗小。阻燃等级UL94-V2，吸水率低。缺点为熔融流动性差，加工成型较困难，耐无机酸、碱、芳香烃、卤代烃、油类等性能较差，易溶胀或应力开裂。

Physical Properties:PPE sheet/rod is a thermoplastic engineering plastic profile with high heat resistance coefficient, specific gravity 1.06-1.1 g/cm³, and a working temperature range of -40℃ to +90℃, maintaining good mechanical stability within this range. The product has light specific gravity and high molecular weight, with high mechanical strength and rigidity, good heat resistance and hydrolysis resistance, high tensile strength, good impact strength, high dimensional stability, and good creep resistance. It features high electrical insulation coefficient, low dielectric constant and dielectric loss, UL94-V2 flame retardant rating, and low water absorption. Disadvantages include poor melt fluidity, difficult processing and molding, and relatively poor resistance to inorganic acids, alkalis, aromatic hydrocarbons, halogenated hydrocarbons, and oils, being prone to swelling or stress cracking.
Uses:Suitable for manufacturing heat-resistant / water-vapor-resistant parts, wear-resistant parts, insulating fasteners and connectors, transmission structural parts, high/medium/low frequency electronic components, transmission gears/guide wheels, shaft sleeves/shaft seats, cam parts, etc. Widely used in pump and valve structural seals, fixtures and jigs, screws/nuts, flanges, wear-resistant sleeves, impellers, fan blades, as well as electrical parts for motors/transformers and components for industrial machinery, electronic appliances, automotive industry, and household appliances.
