The ultra-low molecular weight endows good solubility and processing fluidity, soluble in toluene, chloroform and other organic solvents.
Uses:This product is an ultra-low molecular weight polyphenylene ether resin specially used in copper clad laminate (CCL) manufacturing. As a low-molecular-weight component in the resin system, it significantly improves fluidity and impregnation while maintaining excellent dielectric properties and heat resistance. It can also be used in injection molding to produce high-precision, low-warpage electronic components.
