Physical Properties:Amber to translucent pellets, glass fiber reinforced. Density approximately 1.21-1.33 g/cm³. Excellent mechanical strength, stress relaxation resistance, creep resistance, heat resistance, water resistance, water vapor resistance, and dimensional stability. Thermal decomposition temperature approximately 350°C, with no significant thermal degradation below 300°C. Low water absorption (approximately 0.03%), excellent electrical insulation. Flammability rating up to UL94 V-1 (depending on grade and formulation).

Uses:Primarily used in the electrical and electronic sector, meeting requirements for excellent electrical insulation under humid, loaded, and high-temperature conditions. Suitable for TV tuner components, coil cores, microwave insulation parts, shielding sleeves, high-frequency printed circuit boards, and various high-voltage electronic components. In the automotive industry, it is used for instrument panel parts, window frames, shock absorbers, and pump filter screens; in mechanical engineering, for gears, bearings, pump impellers, and fan blades; in chemical processing, for corrosion-resistant parts such as pipes, valves, filter discs, and submersible pumps.
