Physical Properties:This product is a polyphenylene sulfide resin in light brown granular form. Density approx. 1.35 g/cm³, melting point 280~285°C, glass transition temperature approx. 90°C. It exhibits excellent long-term heat resistance (UL temperature index 200~240°C), dimensional stability, chemical resistance, high mechanical strength and rigidity, and achieves UL94 V-0 flame retardancy without additives. It also shows good electrical properties under high temperature, high humidity and high frequency conditions, with low water absorption, low molding shrinkage and excellent flowability.
Uses:Used in automotive components such as engine hoods, fasteners, connectors and gears; precision parts for printers, connectors, electronic components and other electrical/electronic equipment; heat-resistant parts for large and small household appliances; and components requiring heat and chemical resistance in oil/gas and agriculture applications.
