Resistant to UV, scratching, and marring. Good thermal stability with a wide service temperature range (-200 to +300°C), good non-stick properties, recoatability, pleasant feel, and good gloss.
Uses:Widely used as an additive in various solvent-based coatings and powder coatings (plastic coatings, wood paints, coil coatings, UV-curable coatings, paints, etc.) to improve release performance, surface scratch resistance, lubricity, chemical corrosion resistance, weather resistance, and water repellency. PTFE micropowder can also be used alone as a solid lubricant to replace liquid lubricants.
