As a block copolymer with ethylene segments, it exhibits significantly improved impact resistance, especially at low temperatures. It has high heat resistance with continuous service temperature up to 110-120°C; good chemical resistance, almost no water absorption, and inert to most chemicals; non-toxic, good electrical insulation; transparency better than HDPE. Products are susceptible to aging under light, heat and oxygen, and have poor coloring, printing and adhesion properties, and are flammable.
Uses:Used for extrusion molding of pipes (cold water pipes, sewage pipes, etc.) and sheets; injection molding for durable parts such as auto and motorcycle accessories, battery boxes, and household appliances; blow molding for opaque bottles.
