Physical Properties:White translucent pellets with 28% vinyl acetate content. Density approx. 0.95-0.96 g/cm³, melt flow rate (190°C/2.16kg) approx. 420 g/10min, melting point approx. 70°C, soluble in hot aromatic solvents, insoluble in water. Thermal degradation may occur above 230°C releasing corrosive by-products.
Uses:Mainly used for preparing hot melt adhesives and films, suitable for composite cap gaskets, blown/extruded/cast films, plastic modification, wire and cable insulation, and solar cell encapsulation. It offers excellent heat-sealing performance and flexibility.
