- 透明颗粒，聚酯型热塑性聚氨酯树脂。密度约为1.10–1.25 g/cm³。易溶于酮类（丙酮、丁酮、环己酮、异佛尔酮）、酯类（醋酸乙酯）、二甲基甲酰胺（DMF）、四氢呋喃（THF）、尼龙酸甲酯（DBE）、二氯甲烷（DCM）等溶剂；在芳香烃类溶剂（甲苯、二甲苯）中仅溶胀。溶解后制成的油墨/油漆具有附着力强、亮度高、粘度低、耐褶皱、耐曲挠、耐磨等特性。

Physical Properties:Transparent granules of polyester-based thermoplastic polyurethane resin. Density approx. 1.10–1.25 g/cm³. Easily soluble in ketones (acetone, methyl ethyl ketone, cyclohexanone, isophorone), esters (ethyl acetate), DMF, THF, DBE, and dichloromethane; only swells in aromatic hydrocarbons such as toluene and xylene. Inks/paints made by dissolving the resin exhibit strong adhesion, high gloss, low viscosity, wrinkle resistance, good flex resistance, and excellent abrasion resistance.
Uses:Solvent-based TPU is mainly used in inks and coatings. After dissolution in suitable solvents, it serves as screen printing ink, spray paint, and TPU binder. It provides excellent adhesion and printability on nylon, polyester fabrics, leather, shoe materials, and other substrates, and is also used in sole spraying and surface coating applications.
