Physical Properties:White or light yellow pellets with no obvious odor, good thermal stability, and good compatibility with polypropylene matrix. Softening point approx. 100-120°C, density approx. 0.9-1.0 g/cm³, insoluble in water, and can be uniformly dispersed in molten polypropylene.
Uses:Used as a softening and toughening agent in melt-blown PP nonwoven fabric production, added to polypropylene raw material to significantly improve fiber softness, hand feel and toughness, reduce fiber brittleness, and enhance comfort and durability of the nonwoven. Suitable for melt-blown and spunbond PP nonwoven processing, with recommended dosage of 1%-5%.
