Physical Properties:TPEE (thermoplastic polyester elastomer) has excellent mechanical properties: high tensile strength, high impact resistance, good flexibility at low temperatures (no brittle fracture at -70°C), and excellent high-temperature stability (short-term resistance up to 200°C). It has outstanding oil and solvent resistance, creep resistance and abrasion resistance close to TPU, and good tolerance to UV and ozone. In terms of processability, it supports injection molding, extrusion and other processes, with good melt fluidity and easy forming of complex structures.
Uses:Used in automotive, electronics, industrial and other fields. Specific applications include airbag covers, intake pipes and seals in the automotive industry; cable sheaths and connectors in electronics and electrical equipment; hydraulic hoses, gears and transmission belts in industrial equipment; infusion tubes and seals in medical devices; and sports shoe soles and tool handles in consumer goods.
