Physical Properties:TPEE 63D is a thermoplastic polyester elastomer with a Shore hardness of D63, consisting of poly(butylene terephthalate) hard segments and polyether soft segments in the molecular chain. It combines the elasticity of rubber with the strength of engineering plastics and exhibits excellent flexibility, impact resistance, fatigue resistance, oil resistance and chemical resistance. It has a density of approx. 1.22 g/cm³, a melting point of approx. 215°C, and a long-term service temperature range of approx. -40°C to 110°C.
Uses:TPEE 63D is mainly suitable for injection molding and extrusion processes. It is commonly used in automotive parts (such as airbag door covers and bellows), industrial hoses, wire and cable jackets, conveyor belts and seals that require high flexibility, durability and chemical resistance.
