Physical Properties:TPEE is a thermoplastic block copolymer with polybutylene terephthalate as hard segments and polyether as soft segments, combining rubber elasticity with engineering plastic strength. It has a density of 1.15-1.25 g/cm³, melting point of 180-220°C, glass transition temperature of -60 to -50°C, Shore hardness of 28D-72D, tensile strength of 25-45 MPa, and elongation at break of 300-700%. It exhibits excellent heat resistance, chemical resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, high resilience and abrasion resistance, and can be used long-term at -50 to 150°C.
Uses:It is suitable for manufacturing gears, rubber rollers, flexible couplings, belts, springs and other parts under repeated cyclic loading conditions, as well as shock absorbers and seals. It can be processed by thermoplastic methods such as extrusion, injection molding, blow molding, rotational molding and melt casting.
