Physical Properties:A thermoplastic elastomer prepared by solid-state graft polymerization technology, exhibiting excellent elasticity, oil resistance, weather resistance, aging resistance, flex fatigue resistance, ozone resistance and chemical resistance. Compared with traditional thermoset rubber, it features a special dispersed phase structure, requires no compounding or vulcanization, and scrap can be 100% recycled.
Uses:Suitable for injection molding, extrusion and blow molding processes. It is easy to process, heat-weldable, with tight tolerances, high precision and rich color options. Widely used in automotive parts, sealing strips, wires and cables, daily necessities and other fields. Processing steps are simplified, no compounding or vulcanization required, and scrap can be 100% recycled.
Technical Specifications:
For injection molding: screw speed 100-200 rpm, back pressure as low as possible, larger nozzles, runners and gates required, with higher injection pressure and faster injection rate.
For extrusion: screw L/D ratio of 28:1 or greater recommended, single-stage screw compression ratio approx. 3:1, 20-60 mesh screens can be used, melt temperature kept at the lower limit of the specified range.
For blow molding: operating conditions similar to injection and extrusion, avoid excessive melt heating.
Density range approx. 0.95-1.00 g/cm³, hardness range 45A-50D depending on product grade.
Scrap can be 100% recycled, with short processing cycles and high production efficiency.
