It features low surface energy, stable and adjustable release force, high transparency (light transmittance ≥90%), high temperature resistance (long-term service temperature up to 180°C), and good chemical solvent resistance. Density is about 0.83 g/cm³ with excellent surface flatness.
Uses:It is used for optical-grade, film-grade and medical-grade release applications, such as release films for optical films in polarizers and backlight modules, lamination release films for PCB/MLCC, and release liners for medical wound dressings. It is also suitable for die-cutting and adhesive product protection.
