Physical Properties:Polyoxymethylene copolymer (POM) pellets, normally natural or milky white; density approx. 1.41 g/cm³, melting point approx. 166–170°C. It offers high rigidity, high strength, excellent wear resistance, fatigue resistance, creep resistance and dimensional stability, with low moisture absorption. It is resistant to most organic solvents and weakly alkaline substances, but not to strong acids and oxidants. H2320, W2320 and N2200 are injection-molding grades with different flow and stabilization systems, suitable for various mold designs.
Uses:Primarily used in automotive interior parts, gears and precision transmission components; also suitable for injection-molded parts in electronic, electrical and mechanical applications requiring high rigidity and dimensional stability. It has excellent wear resistance and fatigue resistance, making it ideal for long-term loaded industrial parts.
