- 本仪器按2020版《中国药典》附录凝点测定法设计制造，主要由循环冷浴制冷部分和仪器做样部分组成。做样系统为左右式整体结构，左部为冷浴及做样部分，右部为电路控制部分。冷浴采用双层真空保温瓶，可透明观察试样，保温性能良好；采用Pt100温度传感器，感温灵敏、分辨率高、抗干扰强；搅拌方式为自动机械搅拌；采用风冷方式，不需循环冷却水；冷室采用铜管制成，恒温冷却循环浴；表面静电喷涂，坚固耐用，抗腐蚀性强。

Physical Properties:Designed and manufactured in accordance with the freezing point determination method in the 2020 edition of the Chinese Pharmacopoeia (Appendix). The instrument consists of a circulating cold bath refrigeration unit and a sample testing unit. The testing system adopts a left-right integrated structure, with the cold bath and sample testing section on the left and the circuit control section on the right. The cold bath uses a double-layer vacuum insulated bottle, allowing transparent observation of the sample with excellent thermal insulation. It employs a Pt100 temperature sensor with high sensitivity, high resolution, and strong anti-interference capability. Stirring is performed automatically by mechanical means. Air-cooling is adopted, requiring no circulating cooling water. The cold chamber is made of copper tubes for constant-temperature cooling circulation, and the surface is finished with electrostatic spraying, making it sturdy, durable, and highly corrosion-resistant.
